Job summary

LensCrafters in Franklin, TN is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver the brand experience. You will drive KPIs by aligning the LensCrafters story with flawless customer service, coaching the team, and partnering with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the patient experience.

You will supervise store operations, training, scheduling, inventory and safety programs, ensuring a safe, high-energy environment while meeting business goals and maintaining exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of operations, processes and business implications.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Team building and management skills.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Sales skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Ability to manage time under aggressive deadlines.

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service
• Provide training and coaching to the team leveraging Company provided programs
• Analyzes reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs
• Attracts and hires highly engaged team to ensure the right people in the right place
• Partners with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience
• Takes pride in the store and guides team to flawless execution of operations
• Ensures all safety programs are implemented and maintained per standards
