AEG Vision is seeking a dedicated Optician to provide expert eyewear solutions and outstanding patient care in an on-site Minnesota setting. You will help patients choose frames, lenses, and treatments, ensure proper fit and measurements, and maintain accurate EHR documentation.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience as an Optician preferred.
• ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• HIPAA experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers extraordinary patient experience with complete explanations of product recommendations.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and lens treatments based on lifestyle and prescription.
• Interpret prescriptions from Optometrists and Ophthalmologists; enter data into EHR/ALE systems.
• Ensure proper frame fit, measurements, and lens dispensing; educate on care, warranties and insurance.
• Maintain knowledge of products, rebates, and insurance coverage; communicate order status to patients.
