Job summary

AEG is seeking an Optician to provide expert eyewear solutions and outstanding patient care. You will help patients select frames and lenses that fit their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style while ensuring proper frame fit and accurate lens dispensing.

Responsibilities include taking and processing orders, educating patients on insurance and care, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products. This is a full-time, on-site role in Minnesota with competitive benefits and a focus on

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one-year experience as an Optician preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide eyewear solutions and exceptional patient care.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and coatings.
• Enter prescription information into EHR and ALE system.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage, warranties, and care.
• Ensure proper frame fit and eyewear adjustments.
