AEG seeks an Optician to provide expert eyewear solutions and outstanding patient care. You will guide patients in selecting frames, lenses, and treatments, ensuring proper fit, measurements, and accurate dispensing to meet prescription needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• Experience as an optician and HIPAA awareness are valued.
• Proficiency with MC Office, Windows, and basic word processing.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories to fit prescription, lifestyle, and style.
• Ensure proper frame fit, accurate measurements, and correct lens dispensing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and explain insurance coverage and pricing.
• Enter prescription information into the EHR/ALE system and document accordingly.
• Communicate with technicians and managers about order status and issues.
• Perform eyewear adjustments, repairs, and quality checks.
• Stay current on products, rebates, lenses, and frames.
