AEG Vision is seeking an Optician to provide expert eyewear solutions and exceptional patient care. You will help patients choose frames, lenses, and coatings, ensuring proper fit and accurate measurements while delivering a superior experience.

You will interpret prescriptions, update the EHR/ALE systems, and stay current on products, rebates, and lens technology. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes teamwork, patient satisfaction, and quality service.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience as an Optician preferred.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred but not required.
• HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with MC Office, Windows, and Word Processing.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an extraordinary patient experience and explain recommended eyewear.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories to match prescription and lifestyle.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, rebates, lenses, and frames.
• Communicate with technicians and managers about order status and issues.
• Educate patients on eye care, insurance coverage, and warranty options.
• Interpret prescriptions and enter information into the EHR/ALE system.
