You will bridge the doctor and retail functions, greet customers, explain services, assist with frame and lens selections, and manage transactions with precision.

The role demands strong customer service, fashion sense, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on teamwork, store standards, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience.
• Customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization and sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and provides a welcoming store experience.
• Assists customers in frame and lens selections considering vision needs and lifestyle.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products, services, and timelines.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information with accuracy and escalates when needed.
• Maintains store appearance and product knowledge with attention to detail.
• Operates the POS system and handles payments securely and accurately.
• Handles customer inquiries and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Keeps patient records organized in compliance with HIPAA.
