Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience preferred in customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with lens/frame selection and product knowledge for customer needs.
