Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and answers inquiries with courtesy.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and handles prescriptions/invoices.
• Operates the POS system and processes payments securely.
• Assists customers in frame and lens selection based on lifestyle and budget.
• Performs pre-examination testing and supports the Optometrist as needed.
