LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and deliver the brand promise at our Birmingham location. You will collaborate with the MOD, SMM and team to provide high-quality eye care and drive patient satisfaction.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing education, and leveraging technology to support patient health and business growth in a fast-paced optical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required and licensed in the US.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener; effective problem solving.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead in delivering brand promise and top patient care.
• Manage KPI performance and drive results with store team.
• Maintain relationship with doctors and market leadership.
• Provide pre/post-op surgical support as applicable.
• Ensure staff deliver unsurpassed patient service and education.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient communication and outcomes.
