Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure high-quality optometric care for patients and customers.

In this role you will greet customers, review prescriptions, assist with frame and lens selections, and support the doctor and retail teams while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate records. You will handle POS transactions, explain One Hour processing timelines, and ensure safe, clean store operations.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Sales skills and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with frame and lens selection.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information accurately.
• Operate the POS and handle payments securely.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA and store standards.
• Support optometrist and associate staff as needed.
