MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an office, partner with doctors and staff, and own patient experience, financial performance, and operations. You will guide recruitment, development, and day-to-day leadership for a collaborative, high-performing team.

The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent management experience, with some evening/weekend shifts. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, reflecting experience and regional wage norms.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management position (Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred).
• Experience leading teams to meet sales and operational objectives.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to drive KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Own financial success of the office by driving KPI performance and coaching staff.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and team members to deliver seamless patient experiences.
• Ensure excellent patient experiences and provide in-the-moment coaching to office leaders.
