MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an office in providing a personalized eyecare experience. You will own the office's financial success, drive KPI performance, and partner with doctors and teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

This role requires leadership of multiple associates, evening/weekend shifts, and a focus on mentorship, operational excellence, and culture aligned with MyEyeDr.’s values. You will report to the District Manager and act as the brand ambassador.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in management.
• 2+ years in a leadership facing role.
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and leadership aligned with company values.
• Servant leadership with drive for results and business acumen.
