Job summary

MyEyeDr is seeking a General Manager to lead an eyecare office, cultivate a collaborative team, and deliver a personalized patient experience. You will own the office’s success including patient experiences, financial P&L, team performance, and operations, reporting to the District Manager.

You will recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop associates, partner with doctors and home office support, and drive KPI performance while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with 2+ direct reports.
• Experience driving sales and operations in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Mentor team members and uphold service standards.
