Zusammenfassung

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an optical office, partnering with doctors and staff to deliver personalized eyecare and excellent patient experiences. You'll own the P&L, drive KPI performance, manage HR and operations, and act as the brand ambassador within the community.

You'll recruit and develop a purpose-driven team, coach others, and collaborate with home office support to maximize clinician partnerships while upholding patient-first standards and compliant practices.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management role (Retail/Hospitality preferred).
• 2+ years in a leadership-facing role as the main decision maker.
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Servant leadership with strong communication, accountability and brand alignment.

• Build and foster a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
• Own the office's financial success by driving KPI performance and managing costs.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and staff to deliver seamless patient experiences.
• Provide coaching to other office leaders and team members for flawless patient experiences.
• Maximize partnerships with optometric clinicians and ensure doctor availability and coverage.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry partnerships and ongoing relationships.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance to promote a productive, safe work environment.
• Drive performance and development for all team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards and patient needs.
