Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an optometric office as the primary driver of patient experience and financial success. You will partner with doctors, regional support, and a team to deliver exceptional care while meeting KPIs.

The Office Leader will own people development, HR compliance, and the daily operations, reporting to the District Manager. Some evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in management.
• 2+ years in a leadership facing role as the main decision maker.
• Experience leading two or more employees to hit sales and operations goals.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communicator, detail oriented and able to model company values.
• Servant leadership style with drive for results and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose driven team through recruitment and onboarding, with ongoing training.
• Directly manage the financial success of the office by driving KPI performance.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and staff to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver KPIs with flawless patient experiences and coach other leaders in real time.
• Maximize optometric partnerships through doctor and coverage availability.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry partnerships and ongoing relationships.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance for a safe, productive environment.
• Drive development with the District Manager for all team members.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards and patient requests.
