Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy eyecare office and partner with doctors, vendors, and teams to deliver a personalized patient experience. You will own the office's financial performance, people development, and operations, reporting to the District Manager.

Some evening and weekend shifts are required. You will recruit and develop staff, drive KPI performance, and collaborate with home office support to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or equivalent management experience in Retail or Healthcare preferred.
• Experience leading teams and achieving sales and operational targets.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a purpose-driven team through recruitment and onboarding and ongoing development.
• Own financial success through KPI-driven performance and prudent cost management.
• Collaborate with doctors, office staff, and vendors to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Coach other leaders in real time to improve patient experiences and performance.
• Maximize optometric partnerships through coverage and doctor availability.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry partnerships and ongoing relationships.
• Uphold HR policies for a productive, compliant work environment.
• Drive performance and development with the District Manager for all team members.
• Ensure merchandise meets patient needs and brand standards.
