Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Office Leader/General Manager to cultivate a collaborative team delivering personalized eyecare. You will manage patient experiences, financials, and staff development while partnering with doctors and vendors to maximize patient satisfaction across the office.

You will lead recruitment, develop teams, coach staff, and uphold HR policies in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the District Manager. Some evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a management role (retail/hospitality preferred)
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives
• Strong communication skills and servant leadership style
• Ability to drive financial performance and KPI outcomes in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Willingness to learn about all optical office roles and services

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose driven team through recruitment and onboarding, plus ongoing training and development
• Own the office's financial success by driving KPI performance
• Collaborate with doctors, home office, and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Deliver KPIs with excellent patient experiences and coach other leaders
• Maximize partnerships with optometric doctors and ensure doctor availability
• Lead Doctor of Optometry business partnerships and ongoing relationships
• Maintain HR policies and a safe, productive work environment
• Lead performance and development with the District Manager
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards and patient needs
