MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to deliver a best-in-class front desk experience at check-in/out. You will verify insurance, educate patients on options, and assist with appointment confirmations in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

The role supports scheduling, phone coverage, and collaboration with doctors and staff. Weekend/evening shifts may be required, and training is provided.

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Organized, can prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best in class service.
• Flexible and able to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, caring team player focused on patient experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience.
• Verify insurance and educate patients on options at check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet patients, schedule appointments, and support staff.
