Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide a personalized eyecare experience and assist patients with eyewear selection. You will learn our product lines, measure and fit glasses, and collaborate with doctors to ensure a seamless patient journey. Weekend and some evenings are required.

No optical experience? Training will be provided, and you will join a team focused on delivering a best-in-class vision care experience to patients in our clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Willing to learn about optical products and services.
• Capable of meeting office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using knowledge of product lines and options
• Consistently deliver sales plans and office goals through a patient-centered experience
• Provide patients with comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide selection
• Collaborate with doctors and team to provide a seamless patient experience
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy while assisting patients
• Participate in other office duties as assigned
