Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant who will provide personalized eyecare and assist patients in selecting eyewear. Training will be provided for those without optical experience, with weekend and evening shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
• Willing to learn about eyewear products and services.
• Able to meet office sales goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with patients.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Assist with eyewear fitting, measuring, and adjustments.
• Support the Office Optometrist in patient care as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for a seamless patient experience.
• Represent MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy with patients.
• Help with other office duties as assigned.
