Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining procedures, operating the POS, and maintaining accurate records while upholding HIPAA guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds.
• Prompts customers and answers questions about lenses and frames.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Maintains accurate records and HIPAA-compliant practices.
• Operates the POS system and processes payments securely.
• Keeps store visually appealing and well stocked.
