LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor who delivers the LensCrafters Experience by providing high-quality optometric care in a retail setting. You will greet customers, explain tests and paperwork, and guide them in choosing frames and lenses that fit their vision, lifestyle, and budget.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and product knowledge, with a focus on accurate POS transactions and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Good problem solving abilities.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Sales skills and ability to upsell eyewear.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of store merchandise and framing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds).
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Assists customers in selecting frames and lenses suitable for vision, lifestyle and budget.
• Keeps patient records organized and HIPAA-compliant.
• Maintains store appearance and displays per guidelines.
• Operates POS system with accuracy for transactions.
• Processes orders and invoices for payment and delivery times.
• Supports doctor and retail teams to ensure smooth patient experience.
