LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, ensuring high-quality optometric care and patient satisfaction. You will link doctor and retail functions, greeting customers, explaining services, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes accurate prescriptions, HIPAA compliance, and strong customer service in a retail setting. Training and support are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and eyewear is a plus.
• Strong math and cash-handling abilities.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and general computer use.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and guide them through the LensCrafters experience.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services clearly.
• Review prescriptions and patient information for accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist in frame and lens selection based on vision and lifestyle.
• Coordinate with Optometrist and store management as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and keep displays in line with company guidelines.
