LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience to patients and customers. The role involves greeting customers, explaining procedures and products, and coordinating with Optometrists and Retail Management to ensure high-quality care and service.

Responsibilities include handling patient information, scheduling, and processing lens orders while maintaining HIPAA compliance, accuracy, and courtesy in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
