Job summary

LensCrafters in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience by combining personal service with advanced eye care. You will connect the doctor and retail teams, explain tests and paperwork, and help patients select frames and lenses that fit their life and budget.

You will greet customers promptly, answer calls, manage patient records under HIPAA, operate the POS system, and support the optometrist and staff through accurate measurements and product

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers without delay within 30 seconds.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information carefully.
• Identifies special needs and consults with Optician or Doctor when needed.
• Operates the POS system with accuracy and handles payments.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Assists in frame and lens selections based on vision and lifestyle.
• Maintains store appearance and product displays.
