LensCrafters in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain tests and products, and coordinate with Optometrists to ensure quality care.

The role includes handling prescriptions, coaching patients on contact lenses, and processing transactions with accuracy while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly (within 30 seconds).
• Answer the phone quickly (3 rings) in a friendly manner.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information; coordinate with Optician/Management as needed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and help customers choose frames and lenses.
• Assist with pre-exam testing and care guidance for contact lenses.
• Process sales, operate POS, and handle payments securely.
• Ensure store appearance and promotional materials are up to standard.
