Luxottica, through LensCrafters, is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver a premium customer experience and support both retail and clinical teams. You will greet customers, explain products, and ensure smooth patient flow while upholding HIPAA standards.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork within a busy eyewear retail environment. Prior optical or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Explain required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Support optometrist with patient care and inventory.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and store cleanliness.
