Luxottica is seeking an EyeCare Advisor in Cambridge, MA to greet customers, explain products and services, and support the seamless integration of optical and retail operations. You will handle prescription reviews, coaching for contact lenses, and maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and a customer-focused mindset, with responsibilities spanning retail and doctor’s office workflow to deliver a premium LensCrafters experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds and answers the phone promptly.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information with care; collaborates with Optician/Doctor as needed.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and handles invoices and payments.
• Operates POS system accurately and processes payments securely.
