Job summary

Luxottica's LensCrafters in the United States seeks an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will ensure patients receive high-quality Optometric care while driving store KPIs by aligning brand storytelling with patient experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting customers promptly, guiding frame selections, processing transactions, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Prior retail/optical exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Sales skills and basic math ability.
• Knowledge of store merchandise and optics.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 30 seconds of arrival.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and inventory.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses.
• Operate POS system accurately and handle payments.
• Keep store visually appealing and up to brand standards.
• Respond to promotions and communicate updates to staff.
