LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience by assisting customers and ensuring top-quality optometric care in the store.

You will greet customers, explain tests and products, help choose frames and lenses, and coordinate with the optometrist and staff while maintaining patient records per HIPAA.

Strong communication and math skills, plus a high school diploma, are required; prior retail or optical experience is a plus.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and provide information.
• Explain required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information accurately; consult with Optician/Managing Doctor when needed.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle and budget.
• Perform pre-examination testing with accuracy and explain measurements to patients.
• Maintain and disinfection of contact lens inventory; provide guidance to patients.
• Process payments and operate POS with attention to security and proper change.
• Coordinate with doctors and staff to deliver eye care in-store; respond to changes in promotions.
