LensCrafters in Cambridge, MA is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure high-quality optometric care in a retail setting. You will link the doctor and retail functions while meeting store KPIs and maintaining patient satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage paperwork, tests, and payments accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with eyewear selection.
• Explain paperwork, tests, and services to patients.
• Operate POS system and handle payments securely.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA and organize files.
• Coordinate with Optician or Doctor for patient needs.
• Keep store displays and environment neat and compliant with guidelines.
