Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage front-desk operations.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and manage front-desk check-in.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
• Process patient charges and coordinate with billing/third parties.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Support practice operations and adhere to policies.
• Work weekends/evenings as needed.
• Maintain office inventory and equipment.
