Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks a full-time eyewear specialist in Hiawassee, GA to fit glasses, take precise measurements, and guide patients through eyewear choices. Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Active state optical licensure; license must be maintained.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and precisely places prescription in lenses.
• Leads in optical acumen and supports peers.
• Takes and records measurements; verifies eyewear accuracy.
• Asks open-ended questions to identify patient needs.
• Assists peers with complex product requirements and prescriptions.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manages time effectively and prioritizes competing tasks.
• Delivers on KPIs and competency goals; educates at dispense.
• Keeps practice clean, organized and assets protected.
• Sells on your feet 80-100% of the time; participates in attendance.
