In this role you greet customers, explain paperwork, assist with frame and lens selections, and maintain accurate records while delivering a positive patient experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Ability to work with cash register, computers and calculators
• Sales skills and basic math ability

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and assists with selection of frames and lenses
• Explains paperwork, tests, products and services
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and handles orders
• Operates POS system and processes payments securely
• Maintains store appearance and responds to promotions
• Provides coaching guidance in the Doctor’s Office and Retail areas
