Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain services, and assist with frame and lens choices while supporting the optometrist team and maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient interactions, accurate paperwork, and efficient service, with opportunities for bonus/commission and employee discounts as part of a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.

• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly (within 30 seconds).
• Answers the telephone in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Assists customers in selecting frames and lenses that fit vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Operates the POS system for transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintains store appearance and adheres to company guidelines.
