LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain services, and support optometrists and retail teams to ensure high-quality patient care and strong store performance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of cash register, computers and calculators.
• Sales skills and basic math competence.
• Familiarity with store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers quickly and courteously.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Handles and files patient records per HIPAA.
• Operates POS system accurately and processes payments.
• Places contact lens orders and submits invoices for payment.
• Keeps store visually appealing and organized.
