LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will ensure top-quality optometric care and drive store performance by integrating brand storytelling with patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining services, reviewing prescriptions, and assisting with frame and lens selections to fit vision and lifestyle. Knowledge of fashion trends and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates POS system and processes payments securely.
• Maintains patient records in HIPAA-compliant manner.
