Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Assistant Manager for our Concord, NH store to lead in the store manager's absence and help drive sales and patient care.

You will partner with the Store Manager to supervise a team, execute visual standards, and maintain daily operations while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience, strong English, solid math skills, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of management/supervisory experience with direct reports
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies
• Strong basic math skills
• Familiarity with cash register, computers & calculators
• Must have a strong command of the English language for written and oral communication
• Strong communicator & listener
• Demonstrated high-level of selling skills
• Proven ability to problem solve

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to exceed KPIs: Comp Sales, % Sales to Plan, Conversion, Customer Count, Comp Growth
• Translates retail knowledge into positive sales and business results
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales & profit
• Partners with Store Manager to lead & develop team
• Delivers clear, constructive, timely feedback & development
• Executes visual directives & maintains store appearance
• Maintains positive relationships with doctors
• Promotes compliance to policies
