Job summary

LensCrafters Concord NH is seeking a Store Manager (#545) to lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive KPIs by aligning the Brand Story with flawless execution. You will manage a profitable, high-performing team in a fast-paced optical retail setting.

The successful candidate will train staff, analyze KPI data, collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry, and uphold safety and visual standards while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and patients

Qualifications

• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
• Team building and management skills.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Sales skills and cash handling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team leveraging Company provided programs.
• Analyzes reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs.
• Attracts and hirers highly engaged team to ensure the right people are in place.
• Partners with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience.
• Guides team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and FUN working environment per standards.
