LensCrafters is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead in the absence of the Store Manager and own aspects of the marketplace for LensCrafters. You will drive sales, manage the team, and maintain store standards while delivering key performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and retail know-how. Availability includes nights and weekends, with benefits and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Strong command of English for written and oral communication.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic and profitability targets.
• Lead and develop store team in partnership with Store Manager.
• Ensure adherence to policies and store appearance, and handle administrative duties.
