EssilorLuxottica's For Eyes in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead in the Store Manager's absence, driving guest service excellence and key performance metrics. You will mentor the team, assist in recruiting, ensure policy compliance, and uphold visual standards.

The role requires coaching, effective communication, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to support store needs.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong command of the English language for written and oral communication.
• Demonstrated high-level selling skills.
• Proven ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in the absence or support of the Store Manager.
• Drive KPI performance: sales, conversion, traffic, profitability, retention and NPS.
• Collaborate with Retail, Lab & Doctor to achieve results.
• Support recruiting and talent development; staff training and coaching.
• Implement feedback and ensure policy compliance and store presentation.
• Maintain safe operating environment and flexible scheduling (nights/weekends).
