Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math and selling skills.
• Excellent English communication and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead in absence of Store Manager and support operations.
• Drive sales, KPI attainment and store profitability.
• Develop and coach team with Store Manager.
• Ensure visual directives and store appearance.
• Maintain relationships with doctors and partners.
• Provide flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.
