Job summary

MyEyeDr is seeking an Assistant General Manager to guide a collaborative team and partner with doctors and staff to deliver a personalized eyecare experience. You will contribute to financial performance, deliver first-class patient experiences, and foster growth within the office, including some evenings and weekends.

You will build a purpose-driven team, onboard and train staff, mentor others, and uphold service standards while driving patient retention and loyalty in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management in retail/hospitality or similar.
• Strong communication and customer-facing leadership.
• Ability to drive KPI performance and financial results.
• Mentoring and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment and onboarding.
• Drive office financials by shaping behaviors that improve KPI performance.
• Uphold service standards to boost patient loyalty and retention.
• Maintain HR policies to ensure a safe, productive environment.
• Collaborate with doctors and home office to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Lead performance and development with the General Manager.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards and patient needs.

Education

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
