Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to build a high-performing team and drive the financial success of the office. You will lead, mentor, and develop staff while ensuring outstanding patient experiences and adherence to HR policies.

You will collaborate with doctors and support teams to deliver seamless care, oversee service standards, and promote growth within a fast-paced eyecare environment. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of management experience (Retail/Hospitality preferred).
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Effective communicator and strong leader who embodies MyEyeDr. values.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose driven team through recruitment and onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Drive financial success by managing behaviors that improve KPI performance.
• Uphold service standards to increase patient loyalty and retention.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance for a productive, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with doctors and home office to provide a seamless patient experience.
• Lead performance and development with the General Manager for all staff.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards and patient requests.
