Job summary

LensCrafters in Morrow, GA is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure patients receive high-quality optometric care in a busy retail setting.

You will greet customers, explain paperwork and tests, assist with frame and lens selections, manage prescriptions, and operate the POS system with accuracy and courtesy. Strong communication and sales skills are essential, as is attention to detail and HIPAA awareness.

Qualifications

• High School graduate and strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to describe features.
• Strong communicator and attentive to detail; cash handling and math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators; sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds and answers calls promptly.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Assists with frame and lens selection and manages prescriptions.
• Operates POS system accurately and handles payments securely.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and store standards.
