Job summary

Canfield Scientific is seeking a Clinical Services: Product Training Specialist to train customers on VISIA CRP systems and guide them through onboarding. You will deliver demonstrations, establish effective workflows, and create training materials to maximize product value.

You’ll educate users on equipment operation, assist with installations and upgrades, and provide ongoing support remotely or on-site, traveling about 10–15% to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years in customer training, technical support, or related roles.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience training users on software or imaging equipment.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% to client sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for customers both individually and in groups.
• Deliver onboarding and training programs for VISIA CRP systems.
• Educate customers on equipment setup, operation, maintenance and workflows.
• Provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization.
• Assist with installations, software upgrades, and training sessions remotely and on-site.
• Create and maintain training materials and guides.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with teams.
• Support trade shows and events as needed.
