Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Services: Product Training Specialist to support customers in learning our imaging and skin analysis solutions, with a primary focus on the VISIA® CRP platform.

This role handles onboarding, equipment training, product demonstrations, and ongoing user education to maximize value. The ideal candidate enjoys teaching new technologies, building user confidence, and delivering a positive customer experience throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer training, technical support, product support, healthcare technology, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel (about 10-15%) to customer sites, conferences, and training events.
• Experience training users on software, equipment, or technology products, photography, imaging equipment, or image-based software applications.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience working directly with customers in a support, education, or training role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers both in an individual and group setting.
• Deliver onboarding and training programs for VISIA® CRP systems.
• Educate customers on equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and best practices as well as train users on image capture techniques and software workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to help customers maximize system utilization including assisting customers with routine hardware, software, and workflow questions.
• Support customer installations, software upgrades, and training sessions both remotely and on-site.
• Create and maintain training materials, reference guides, and educational resources while staying current on product updates, enhancements, and training requirements.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and customer events as needed.
