Canfield Scientific, Inc. seeks a Clinical Services: Product Training Specialist to educate customers on VISIA CRP systems, deliver onboarding, and run training sessions. You will demonstrate equipment use and software workflows, train users, and provide ongoing support to maximize product value.

The role emphasizes direct customer interaction, clear technical explanations, and travel to customer sites to deliver effective training sessions and enable successful product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in customer training or technical support.
• Strong presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel about 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for individual and group settings.
• Deliver onboarding and training for VISIA CRP systems.
• Educate customers on setup, operation, maintenance and workflows.
• Provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization.
• Support installations, upgrades and remote/on-site trainings.
• Create training materials and stay current on product updates.
• Gather feedback and share insights with internal teams.
