Job summary

Canfield Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Services: Product Training Specialist to support customers in learning and using VISIA CRP imaging and skin analysis solutions.

You will lead onboarding, equipment training, and live demonstrations to help customers maximize their investment and confidence in our products. The ideal candidate enjoys teaching complex technologies, creating training materials, and delivering clear guidance both remotely and on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer training, technical support, product support, healthcare technology, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel about 10-15% to customer sites, conferences, and training events.
• Experience training users on software, equipment, imaging products, or image-based software applications.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers individually and in groups.
• Deliver onboarding and training programs for VISIA CRP systems.
• Educate customers on equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and best practices and train users on image capture techniques and software workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to maximize system utilization and assist with routine questions.
• Support installations, software upgrades, and training sessions remotely and on-site.
• Create and maintain training materials, reference guides, and educational resources; stay current on product updates.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Assist with trade shows, conferences, and customer events as needed.
