Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years in customer training, technical support or related role.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing customers, individually or in groups.
• Deliver onboarding and training programs for VISIA CRP systems.
• Educate customers on equipment setup, operation, maintenance and best practices, including image capture workflows.
• Provide ongoing support to maximize system utilization and answer tech questions.
• Support installations, software upgrades, and training sessions remotely or on-site.
• Create and maintain training materials and resources, stay current on product updates.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and customer events as needed.
